How we handle personal information.

Information you provide

When you start an enquiry through the form, you provide:

• your name and business name;
• a working email address; and
• information about the business and what it needs.

To complete the enquiry, the email asks you to reply with a phone or WhatsApp number, the business location and an available website, Google Business Profile or business social-media link. If no online presence exists, you can say so and explain how customers currently find the business.

We use this information to confirm, review and respond to the enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for this purpose.

Website and analytics information

We may use traffic statistics provided by the website host to understand visits, protect the form and improve the website.

The website host may process page views, browser and device details, approximate location and website interactions. Google Analytics is not currently installed. This notice will be updated before we introduce it.

To limit repeated submissions, the website temporarily keeps a keyed one-way identifier derived from the visitor network address, together with attempt counts and expiry times. The rate-limit database does not store the raw network address, and expired records are ignored and removed during later form activity.

Handling and retention

Information may be handled by service providers needed to host the website, measure visits and deliver form or email messages. It may also be disclosed where required by law.

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and complete communication about the enquiry, or to meet a legal requirement. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we handle.

An enquiry that is not completed by email within five working days is closed without follow-up. Closing an enquiry does not necessarily mean its technical delivery record is deleted at the same time.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, update or delete personal information connected with your enquiry, withdraw consent to its continued use, or raise a privacy concern.

Changes

If we change how this website collects or uses personal information, this notice will be updated before the new practice begins.
